This week, 3rd graders began their informational reading and writing units, while 2nd graders continued their work on using strategies to solve tricky words when reading, and writing opinion pieces. On Friday, many students came to school in their costumes to celebrate Halloween, and we ended the day by painting pictures of pumpkins.
