Good manners are a way to show others that we care about them. Manners also make it easier for everyone to feel comfortable at home, in school, and in the community. Our Kindergarten and First Grade friends learned about manners and the magic words that we use to express gratitude towards generosity like 谢谢(xiè xiè), an honest apology 对不起(duì bu qǐ), and how to make a request or help using 请(qǐng).
