We are starting off the month with some new units in Math and Phonics. The students are also working on their non-fiction writing and have been doing a great job with their books. We will be celebrating their work soon and looking forward to seeing their final writing piece. In math, the 3rd and 4th graders are learning how to measure time. The 2nd graders are currently learning how to compare two to three digit numbers using the greater than, lesser than and equal symbols. Our class has also started a new unit for Phonics using Fundations and Heggerty. As always, we are proud of the progress that the students have been making.
