This week we began our Plant unit. We did a bean experiment and placed it in a ziplock bag with a wet paper towel. Students made a prediction if the bean will grow or not grow.
We also went to the school garden to observe what kind of plants we see. Students sketch their noticings and we discussed how each plant is different.
Our flower shop and planting station is now open. Students are placing orders for bouquets and writing cards. In the planting station students are planting seeds and flowers.
