Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year at P.S. 896, School of Creativity and Innovation. My name is Linda Chen. I am excited to be your child’s teacher this year! I’m looking forward to seeing your child’s progress throughout the school year.
Our classroom will be on an exciting journey of learning and growth. Throughout the upcoming academic year, our class’s central focus will be on various objectives to help students improve their reading and writing skills, such as comprehension, and vocabulary, and develop writing structure to organize their writing. Students will work on problem-solving skills to build a solid foundation for a deep understanding of mathematics. We will work together to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where students can confidently approach challenges to learn and develop their critical thinking abilities.
