SCHOOL ARE CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19

On Saturday, April 11, 2020, we were informed by Mayor De Blasio that school buildings will remain closed and remote learning will remain in effect for the remainder of the school year.  The letter from the Chancellor confirms this decision and can be found by clicking the “CHANCELLOR’S UPDATES button.  Please note that the Governor has not yet confirmed this decision as he is the final arbiter of school closings statewide. We await his confirmation as well.

Grab and go meals through the Department of School Foods will return to our school on MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020. Free Meals will be available for pick up at our school from 7:30AM—11:30AM for all children and families and from 11:30AM—1:30PM for all adults. There is no registration or identification required.

In the meantime, between April 13 and April 17, families can pick up meals at PS 94.will not come into the building, but meals will be given.

To keep students connected and able to participate in remote learning, the DOE is lending 300,000 internet-enabled iPads to students. Priority will be given to students most in need. All devices are granted on a temporary basis and will later need to be returned. There is a limit of one device per student.
