Every year the NYCDOE asks parents, students, and staff to complete the Learning Environment survey anonymously. The survey is designed to collect important information about your school’s support of every student’s success. Each parent survey has a unique code. We value your feedback and work hard to make changes based on your perspective.
Surveys were sent home in a green envelope with your child. Surveys must be mailed out today or completed online! We would love to hear from all of our parents. To thank you for your participation, we will be conducting a parent raffle. In order to receive a raffle ticket, you may either hand in your sealed survey in the main office or email a screenshot of the confirmation that your survey is complete to firstname.lastname@example.org. Surveys must be completed by Thursday, April 11, 2019.
If you would like to complete your survey online prior and lost your paper survey, you may do so by following the instructions below:
