On Friday K/1-014 celebrated the end of their first phonics units by creating portraits of their favorite phonics mascots, Mable and Rasheed.
Mable is an elephant and Rasheed is a lion. The mascots help us learn all about letters and sounds. They help make learning to read and write fun!
Our art will be displayed through out the hallways of The School of Creativity and Innovation.
