November Snapshot

Happy November! We are excited to share all the wonderful learning and experiences happening in our classroom. We recently completed our Trees Unit, where the children explored the parts of a tree, learned how trees grow and change, discovered what grows and lives on trees, and identified many things that are made from trees. The students were curious, observant, and enthusiastic scientists throughout the entire study.

As we move forward, we are beginning our Building Unit, and we can’t wait to see how much the children enjoy it. They will have opportunities to explore different types of buildings, experiment with building materials, and work together to design and create their own structures. This unit always sparks creativity, problem-solving, and lots of hands-on learning.

We also had our first Family Friday, and it was such a special experience. The children were thrilled to welcome their families into the classroom, and we loved sharing learning time with everyone who attended. Thank you for being a part of this event and helping make it a success. We will be having our next Family Friday on December 5th.

As the weather gets colder, please remember to send coats, hats, and gloves each day so we can continue enjoying outdoor time when possible. Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
