March has been a busy, engaging, and inspiring month for our students! From celebrating influential women to hands-on science exploration, our classrooms have been full of curiosity and creativity.
Women’s History Month
Our 3rd and 4th-graders dove into learning about remarkable women who have made significant contributions to the world. Students researched figures from a variety of fields, including science, sports, arts, and leadership. They explored these women’s challenges, achievements, and the lasting impact they’ve had on society.
To celebrate their learning, we hosted a whole-school gallery walk. Students proudly showcased their projects, allowing peers from different grades to walk through and learn from one another. It was a wonderful opportunity for students to practice presentation skills, ask questions, and appreciate the accomplishments of inspiring women throughout history.
The gallery walk created a strong sense of community and highlighted the importance of perseverance, courage, and determination.

Science Lab Adventures
In the science lab, students explored the water cycle through engaging, hands-on experiments.
Our 3rd graders created a water cycle in a bag, where they observed evaporation, condensation, and precipitation happening right before their eyes. This activity helped them visualize how water moves through different stages in nature.
Meanwhile, our 4th graders investigated how clouds form by observing a model experiment inside a bottle. They learned how temperature changes can lead to cloud formation, as warm air rises and cools, causing water vapor to condense into tiny droplets—just like real clouds in the sky.
Through observation, prediction, and experimentation, students practiced thinking like real scientists. These lab experiences strengthened their understanding of scientific concepts while encouraging curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
