March Snapshot

Students had a wonderful and engaging month of March filled with hands-on learning and exciting experiences.

In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, students created shamrocks using fizzy paint, making for a fun and exciting sensory art experience while learning about the holiday.

We also concluded our Bread Unit, where students deepened their understanding of how bread is made, the ingredients used, and the different ways it is enjoyed around the world. As part of this unit, students participated in a pretzel-making class, which was a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

Families joined us in the classroom to make salt dough together, creating a special opportunity for collaboration and connection. Another highlight of the month was our walking trip to a local bakery, where students independently purchased their own bread and enjoyed it as a snack. This was an exciting and empowering experience for the children.

Students have now begun our Gardening Unit and are already showing curiosity and enthusiasm. We are looking forward to watching this unit grow and exploring all that is to come in the weeks ahead.
