March Physical Ed.

Striking Unit

Students have been developing their striking skills during Physical Education! Throughout this unit, students progressed from striking objects with their hands to using short-handled implements such as paddles and tennis rackets.

Students practiced using a variety of equipment, different sized balls and bean bags. This helped students improve their coordination, control, and confidence. It’s been great to see their growth as they learned how to make contact, control direction, and improve accuracy in a fun and active way!
