During the month of April, students focused on developing their volleyball skills. We practiced key fundamentals such as serving, bumping, setting, and aiming at targets over the net. These activities helped students improve hand-eye coordination, control, and teamwork while building confidence in game like situations.

Practice at Home
Students can continue building their volleyball skills at home in simple ways:
- Practice bumping by gently passing a ball against a wall and maintaining control.
- Work on setting by tossing the ball upward and using proper hand positioning to keep it in the air.
- Set up a target (such as a laundry basket or marked spot) and practice aiming the ball with controlled hits.
- Play with family members to build consistency and communication.
Earth Day PE
Students participated in Physical activities using recycled materials. Students stayed active while learning the importance of reusing and recycling.

Field Day Preparation
We also began introducing Field Day activities, focusing on teamwork and cooperation through fun group challenges:

Half Pipe Relay: Each student holds a section of a half pipe and works together to roll a ball from one end to the other. After the ball passes, students move to the front of the line. The goal is to successfully guide the ball from the starting cone into a bucket without dropping it.
Mat Walk Challenge: In groups of 4–5, students stand on a mat and work together to move forward. The first person pulls the mat over their head to the front as the team continues walking, requiring coordination, balance, and communication.
Upcoming Events
Field Day will take place on Thursday, May 28. We are excited for a fun-filled day of activities, teamwork, and school spirit!
