K014 Classroom News

This month in K014, our students have been busy learning, exploring, and having fun together!

For Earth Day, we had meaningful conversations about recycling and caring for our planet. Students learned about recycled materials and discussed different ways we can reuse items instead of throwing them away. Together, we explored creative ideas about what we can make and do using recyclable materials, helping students understand the importance of protecting the environment.

Our class also enjoyed an exciting trip to a puppet show! During the performance, students learned how different sources of light, such as stage lights, help us see the puppets and the action on stage. We talked about how light helps create shadows, colors, and special effects that make performances come alive. The students were engaged, curious, and excited to connect what they observed to our classroom learning.
